Family Care Professional

The Whole Family Team Clinical Leader plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care for families referred to the program.

This position involves guiding and supporting clinicians across sites in the Manning and Hunter Valley regions, fostering collaboration, innovation, and effective health service delivery outcomes in a constantly changing environment.

You will manage day-to-day operations of the Whole Family Team, including clinical and people management, and deliver clinical interventions to families with complex issues such as child protection, substance abuse, and mental health.
