Job Title: Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee the end-to-end recruitment of staff, manage human resource improvement projects, and lead the College's HR and payroll system.

The ideal candidate will possess a tertiary qualification in Human Resources and substantial experience in human resource management or organisational performance. They will be responsible for innovating and managing continuous improvement in the functions of human resource management.

Key Responsibilities:
