Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and organized HR Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing personnel files and records, tracking recruitment approvals, drafting employment contracts, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files and records for all employees.
  • Monitor and track recruitment approvals to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and negotiate employment contracts using standardized templates.
  • Establish and manage new employee onboarding processes in accordance with company procedures.
  • Request or terminate system access as required.
  • Audit files to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent administrative skills, with proficiency in various software applications, including Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
