Seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team as a key project role in Hobart CBD. This 6-month project will involve working closely with various stakeholders, including Program Managers and the People and Culture Team.

This position will be responsible for developing an EA interpretation guide, updating policies and templates, reviewing employee rosters and contracts, and leading the roster change management program. A high level of expertise in HR and IR is required, along with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in generalist HR and IR, knowledge of relevant awards, and strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. They will also be able to provide examples of their skills and experience.

This role requires a current Working With Vulnerable Peoples check, and a commitment to ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
