Employee Experience Specialist
This key role involves delivering a consistent and engaging experience across all stages of the employee lifecycle.
As the primary point of contact, you will work closely with the People Experience Pillar to support the development and implementation of HR strategies.
The ideal candidate will have strong HR expertise and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employment documentation and compliance.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle from onboarding and development to performance, engagement, and retention.
- Drive team engagement and wellbeing through WHS coordination, return-to-work support, and impactful events.
Requirements:
- Formal HR qualifications with 2-3 years' experience in a generalist role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-focused approach with high-quality support to all stakeholders.
