Strategic Quality and Compliance Manager

This position is responsible for driving quality, compliance and innovation across the cluster.
Responsibilities- Partner with General Managers to drive group quality, compliance and innovation across services.
- Drive innovation reflective of contemporary quality and care governance best practices.
- Establish effective working relationships centered on building leader's capability through partnership.
- Conduct root-cause analysis to determine key drivers, mitigate risk, and implement solutions accordingly.
As a seasoned professional in quality, you will have relevant tertiary qualifications in Nursing/Health discipline or equivalent experience in high-level service delivery and quality. Current registration with a professional body is highly desirable, as well as relevant Post Graduate qualifications or working towards.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to navigate complex legislation and regulatory frameworks. They will also be passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of others and committed to delivering high-quality care and services.
