Sunwater seeks an accomplished Quality Manager to drive excellence in integrated management systems. As a pivotal member of the team, you will spearhead the development and implementation of a unified Integrated Management System (IMS) that underpins core operations, projects, and business processes.
This strategic role requires over 10 years of experience in a comparable position, backed by a degree in Business, Quality, or a related discipline – or equivalent practical expertise. A lead auditor certification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and/or ISO 45001 is essential, reflecting your profound understanding of integrated management systems and compliance standards.
- Conduct maturity assessments and management systems assurance and lead the development of a risk-based assurance plan to evaluate control effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee business performance reporting, including nonconformities, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Manage incident investigations and ensure effective implementation of corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
- Develop, review, and maintain system procedures and documentation, while providing specialist quality support across Operations, Projects, and Enabling functions.
