The Opportunity:
Liebherr-Australia Pty. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR professional to join our national team on an 18-month fixed-term assignment to cover maternity leave. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a skilled HR administrator to expand their expertise and advance their career in a dynamic and growing business.
You will be responsible for providing comprehensive back-end HR support services, collaborating with a networked HR team to deliver effective solutions in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a competent administrator with experience in HR and People Management systems, seeking to develop their skills and contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and pre-employment checks.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to employees and managers on HR policy and procedure, ensuring compliance and best practices.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to resolve employee relations issues, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Produce and maintain HR-related documents and reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and practices, working closely with the broader team.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Experience in a HR Admin/Officer or equivalent role, with a Diploma or equivalent in Human Resources preferred. Proven experience with end-to-end recruitment processes, initiative, and self-drive, with problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of customer service. Passion for learning new things, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
