About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at National Pharmacies. As a key member of our People and Culture team, you will be responsible for providing HR support, coordination, and administration across a full range of HR services to our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Coordination: Coordinate the recruitment process, including advertising, screening, interviewing, and post-recruitment activities.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Coordinate the onboarding experience of new employees and ensure a smooth offboarding process for departing employees.
  • HR Administration: Administer HR-related checks, compliance checks, probationary reviews, and other HR-related tasks.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare employment-related documentation, such as offers of employment, variations of employment, and flexible work agreements.
  • Employee Engagement: Coordinate employee surveys and assist with the planning and preparation of our annual awards evening.
  • System Management: Manage HR systems user access and permissions.
  • Support to WHS and Training Teams: Provide administration support to our WHS and Training teams as required.
What We're Looking For

We're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have a proven ability to relate to team members at all levels, handle complex and sensitive matters, and work independently as required.

A formal qualification in Human Resources or Management is desirable, but not essential. What's essential is your passion for delivering exceptional internal customer service and your ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
