Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with business strategy
- Support business needs through the development and engagement of human resources
- Foster relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Lead and manage the recruitment, selection and induction process
- Assist managers to identify strategies and opportunities to forecast workforce needs
- Oversee effective injury management and the continuation of return to work strategies
- Build meaningful relationships across the organisation and leadership team
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent relevant experience in a similar human resources role
- Experience within FMCG, Manufacturing, Production or similar industries
- Demonstrated experience providing HR advice to senior leadership teams
- Experience working within a multi-functional organisation
- Desire to contribute best-practice Human resources
- Experience in managing, designing and developing a broad range of HR including performance management, industrial relations, workforce planning, employee relations, strategic HR planning and change management
