Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with business strategy
  2. Support business needs through the development and engagement of human resources
  3. Foster relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  4. Lead and manage the recruitment, selection and induction process
  5. Assist managers to identify strategies and opportunities to forecast workforce needs
  6. Oversee effective injury management and the continuation of return to work strategies
  7. Build meaningful relationships across the organisation and leadership team
Requirements
  1. Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent relevant experience in a similar human resources role
  2. Experience within FMCG, Manufacturing, Production or similar industries
  3. Demonstrated experience providing HR advice to senior leadership teams
  4. Experience working within a multi-functional organisation
  5. Desire to contribute best-practice Human resources
  6. Experience in managing, designing and developing a broad range of HR including performance management, industrial relations, workforce planning, employee relations, strategic HR planning and change management
