Business Growth Leader

The Sales Director will spearhead profitable expansion in the Oceania market, overseeing multiple sales teams that establish relationships with new customers and support product launches.

The role is responsible for developing training and competency building for our clutch and brake portfolio and gearing portfolio within the sales organisation.

  • Responsible for sales & business development manager performance
  • Collaborates with key personnel to coordinate overall market strategy
  • Secures customer specification and preference for our portfolio
  • Direct sales responsibilities over specialized distribution channels

The Sales Director will interface into the global sales organisation, driving profitable share gains at key accounts, segments, regions, or portions of our portfolio.
