About the Role We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our Foodservice team in WA.
This role is responsible for managing distributor accounts, driving profitable growth, and delivering national initiatives at a state level.
Working closely with the Regional Account Manager, you will implement customer plans, support product launches, and ensure distributor engagement across both fresh and frozen channels.
This role requires a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to maximise incremental volume, strengthen customer partnerships, and contribute to building a high-performance sales culture.
Skills and Responsibilities Manage a large portfolio of Foodservice distributor accounts, ensuring profitable growth.
Implement customer plans in line with national sales strategies.
Drive incremental volume through promotions, new products, and pricing initiatives.
Maintain regular customer contact and call cycles to strengthen relationships.
Support trade shows and presentations to showcase the product range.
Provide accurate sales reporting, feedback, and market insights.
Requirements3+ years' experience in FMCG sales, ideally within Foodservice or a similar channel.
Strong influencing, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Experience using CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word).
Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce or related discipline is desirable.
Proven resilience, problem-solving, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
