
Hearing Clinic Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on professional to join our team at our hearing clinic.
You will play an important role providing exceptional service to our clients and helping them manage their hearing health in this client-facing role. Full training and ongoing support provided.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome clients and manage their experience for optimal outcomes
- Schedule and confirm appointments for clients
- Provide administrative support to clinicians
- Efficiently manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including opening and closing procedures
- Manage the clinic phone line and shared email inbox
- Bill clients correctly and take payments
- Learn and competently use a range of software and applications
- Prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration roles
- A passion for delivering an amazing client experience
- Great communication and active listening skills
- Resilience, self-motivation, and lots of energy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team
- Focus on results and the best possible outcomes for the clinic and clients
- Intermediate computer skills
- An interest in learning about features and basic repair/maintenance of hearing aids

This is a permanent full-time position with a fixed roster between Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm.
