We are seeking a Client Experience Coordinator to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional client experiences, managing clinic operations, and delivering administrative support.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome clients and ensure their experience is optimal for desired outcomes
- Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
- Support clinicians with administration tasks
- Manage clinic operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Maintain the clinic phone line and shared email inbox
- Process client payments accurately
- Stay up-to-date with software and applications used in the clinic
- Experience in customer service or administration roles
- Passion for delivering outstanding client experiences
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Resilience, self-motivation, and high energy levels
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Focus on achieving results and outcomes for both the clinic and clients
- Intermediate computer skills
- Intrigue in learning about hearing aids and related features
