Billing Officer

We are seeking a skilled and analytical professional to join our team as a Billing Officer. The ideal candidate will have a passion for ensuring timely and accurate validation and reconciliation of carrier invoices & rates against contracts.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing major customer portfolios, including accurate and timely charges, lodging claims with Carriers, and ensuring completeness and accuracy of invoices received and processed.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • MS Office (Intermediate – Advanced Excel)
  • Proven ability to analyse and think critically to resolve issues
  • Strong problem solving ability
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrate strong mathematical ability
