We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our advisory team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Preparing financial statements and tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, and Self-Managed Super Funds.
- Assisting with various tax matters, including Goods and Services Tax, Capital Gains Tax, Fringe Benefits Tax, and Division 7.
- Tax planning and addressing key tax issues.
- Maintaining clients' asset registers, adjusting journals, and reconciliations.
- Working with large corporations, small to medium-sized enterprises, and large family groups.
- Managing a team of junior accountants.
- Liaising extensively with clients and external agencies.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A strong desire to complete their Chartered Accountant or Certified Practising Accountant qualification.
- Over one year of experience in local business services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
