Key responsibilities include leading and mentoring a team of TMS Analysts, managing complex TMS implementations end-to-end, collaborating with internal stakeholders and customers to align system configurations with operational needs, recommending and validating transport system functionality as part of solution design, participating in client integration workshops, identifying and implementing system improvements that drive operational efficiency, providing training and change support across operational teams and customer interfaces, and supporting Orion implementation and maintaining documentation of TMS-related processes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Solid experience in a transport management system super-user or delivery role
  • Proven success delivering system-based solutions within a logistics environment
  • Experience with integration, mobility platforms, and transport fundamentals
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • A willingness to work flexibly, including outside of standard business hours, to meet project and customer requirements
