About the Role

The Residential Valuation Specialist will be responsible for providing high-quality valuation reports in a timely manner for a diversified asset market in the residential space. This role requires excellent communication skills to ensure smooth and timely outcomes for clients while effectively managing business opportunities and achieving personal annual budgets.

The key responsibility areas include operational focus, maintaining positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

About You

We are seeking driven professionals with highly developed residential valuation skills, exceptional communication and business development skills, and a strong client network. You will have a commitment to professional development, a degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications, and:

  • CPV status combined with significant experience in the residential valuation space.

  • Strong attention to detail, report writing, and analytical skills.

  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication.

  • Team-first mentality.
