Role Overview

At Bradnam's Windows and Doors, we are excited to present a position for a Residential Cost Estimator where you will:

  1. Analyze and interpret building regulations and apply relevant standards effectively.
  2. Keep abreast of current building codes and associated standards.
  3. Continuously enhance your understanding of Bradnam's products and deliver suitable product information to our clients.
Qualifications & Skills

We will equip you with the necessary product-specific training to ensure your success in this role. With your prior experience, you will bring the following qualifications and skills:

  1. Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and determine product requirements, ensuring compliance and meticulous attention to detail.
  2. Strong understanding of applicable building codes and standards, with the ability to apply them correctly.
