Role OverviewAt Bradnam's Windows and Doors, we are excited to present a position for a Residential Cost Estimator where you will:
- Analyze and interpret building regulations and apply relevant standards effectively.
- Keep abreast of current building codes and associated standards.
- Continuously enhance your understanding of Bradnam's products and deliver suitable product information to our clients.
We will equip you with the necessary product-specific training to ensure your success in this role. With your prior experience, you will bring the following qualifications and skills:
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and determine product requirements, ensuring compliance and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of applicable building codes and standards, with the ability to apply them correctly.
- Excellent communication skills, with a genuine focus on customer service.
- Enjoy working collaboratively within a team as well as independently.
- Approach every task with a positive mindset while demonstrating a commitment to safe work practices.
