Job Overview

A seasoned professional is required to lead the implementation of a Client Management System for APY Lands operations. This exciting opportunity will see you partner with our Home Care team to drive successful project outcomes.

This role involves collaborating with our Home Care team to steer the development and implementation of a Client Management System for APY Lands operations, covering various locations across the region.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing Client Management Systems, preferably related to community aged care.
  • Demonstrated expertise in remotely scheduling staff and services within aged care programs across extensive regional areas.
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to support collaboration and achieve shared outcomes.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to assess system capacity for continuous improvement and report on short-term, medium-term, and long-term outcomes.

Key qualifications include a proactive attitude, ability to support and mentor others, and empathy with aged people, their families, and personal carers.

Travel Requirements: Regular travel to remote areas of APY lands using 4WD vehicles and light aircraft.
