We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Horse Training Specialist.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years full-time experience in horse training, or 2 years full-time experience and a relevant qualification. The selected individual will be responsible for educating young horses and supervising associated activities in the horse training regime.

In addition, the successful candidate will oversee staff and set rosters, advise trainers on factors affecting horses and their education, and supervise horse feeding programs to ensure optimum fitness and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
