Horse Trainer Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Horse Trainer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ride 8-10 horses per morning, focusing on pace/timed work and jump outs.
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of full-time professional experience in horse training or at least 2 years of highly relevant experience with a relevant qualification.
- Have sound knowledge and experience of thoroughbred racing methods, including training and handling young horses.
- Be able to train, educate, and pre-train young horses.
- Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills for instruction and information provision.
- Demonstrate teamwork and independent work capabilities.
- Display sound knowledge of health and safety obligations and safe operation of equipment for racehorse preparation.
