Job Opportunity

A globally recognised organisation is seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join their forward-thinking team in Greater Sydney.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop Behaviour Analysis Support Plans that truly meet individual needs.
  • Provide direct behavioural interventions in individual and group sessions, empowering participants to reach their full potential.
  • Support colleagues, caregivers and support workers on clinical techniques, promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Partner with professionals to develop and implement individualised client goals and checklists, ensuring seamless care coordination.
  • Adhere to legislative requirements regarding report writing and documentation, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualifications related to Positive Behaviour Support.
  • Hold or obtain relevant certifications and checks.
  • Proven experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner, Behaviour Analyst or Behaviour Therapist.
  • Effective time management skills and high-level verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
