Role Overview:

As a Technology Leader, you will be responsible for providing leadership, coaching, and support to your mobile app squads, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget. You will also oversee the execution of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement technical strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure timely delivery.
  • Drive cultural change by promoting agile methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience leading highly skilled mobile app engineering teams.
  • 7 years' experience in product development teams with specialization in native mobile app development.
  • Deep experience in high-performance teams with expertise in agile methodologies and continuous improvement.
  • Experience delivering outcomes as part of a cross-functional group using onshore/offshore delivery models and third-party vendors.
