Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Technical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for driving technical excellence and delivery success across your squads.

You will oversee the technical strategy of the team, lead the technical design of solutions, and maintain systems health and engineering compliance. You will also ensure your team contributes to your group's support roster and supports resolution of related incidents.

In addition, you will contribute to product discovery through tech direction and feasibility assessments, lead adoption of REA standards and platforms, and align with tech strategy in your team.

You will also review mission critical PRs, IPRs, and pairing where appropriate, and ensure incident management practices are in place and manage comms to stakeholder communication during an incident.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical leadership experience with a strong understanding of software development principles and practices.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
