About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced customer service professional to join our team as a Key Service Ambassador.

As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to members and guests across multiple venues. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building rapport with diverse clientele
  • Providing expert advice and support on product offerings
  • Working in fast-paced environments including beverage service, gaming, and housekeeping areas
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous customer service experience is essential
  • Current RSA, RCG, and ARCG qualifications are mandatory
  • Bar and gaming service experience is highly desirable
  • Able to work in a dynamic environment with varying shifts
  • Ability to meet physical demands of the role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
