The role of Azure Core Specialist Sales Manager is a leadership position within our enterprise sales organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, developing, and managing a team of high-performing Azure Core Specialists to drive solution opportunity revenue and market share.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in solution sales, with experience in identifying unique and complex business challenges and solutions. They will also possess strong leadership skills, including the ability to coach and inspire a diverse team of sales professionals.

Key responsibilities include leading sellers to drive revenue growth, developing seller's technical skills, coaching sellers with a 'challenger mentality', driving partnership with sales teams and other teams engaging in the customer, maintaining pipeline and forecast, driving new business opportunities, and ensuring operational excellence.
