Job Overview:

As a Senior Delivery Manager at Singtel, you will play a pivotal role in leading cross-functional teams to deliver business and technology-based programs. Your expertise in Agile methodologies, combined with your ability to partner with key stakeholders, will ensure the successful implementation of complex initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating and driving portfolio initiatives using agile and hybrid ways of working.
  • Achieving outcomes of assigned initiatives through close collaboration with key stakeholders and team members.
  • Articulating and representing strategically aligned team plans at a portfolio/program level.
  • Identifying and managing potential delivery risks, developing mitigation strategies, and supporting change management efforts.
  • Facilitating agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Requirements:
  • Agile delivery experience beyond qualifications or exposure.
  • Previous experience working within a customer-focused team in a digital/online and custom development environment.
  • Demonstrated success in directly managing large and sophisticated programs, with a proven track record in successfully leading a delivery team in a matrix reporting environment.
  • Excellent delivery background of senior project or program delivery roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of one or more Agile frameworks acquired through practical experience.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and facilitation skills.
