About the Role

As a Senior Delivery Manager at Singtel, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver business and technology-based programs within defined Agile, hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving portfolio initiatives using Agile and hybrid ways of working to achieve high-quality business outcomes.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders, team members, and delivery managers to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Representing team plans at a portfolio/program level and articulating strategically aligned plans.
  • Managing complex pieces of work, leading through complexity to achieve results.
  • Identifying and managing potential delivery risks, developing mitigation strategies, and supporting change management efforts.
  • Managing multiple complex dependencies external to the team and across large programs of work.
  • Facilitating Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Developing business cases and working with stakeholders to implement approved initiatives.
  • Encouraging knowledge sharing across multiple teams and programs.

Requirements

  • Agile delivery experience beyond qualification or exposure.
  • Previous experience working in a customer-focused team in a digital/online and custom development environment.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large and sophisticated programs, with a proven track record in leading delivery teams in a matrix reporting environment.
  • Excellent delivery background in senior project or program delivery roles.
  • Ability to articulate and represent multiple team plans strategically aligned.
  • Proven ability to facilitate and influence at C-Suite level to drive program outcomes.
  • Proven ability to build and navigate relationships with senior leaders across the business.
  • In-depth knowledge of one or more Agile frameworks acquired through practical experience.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and facilitation skills.
  • Proactive promoter of Agile best practices and a growth mindset.
  • Tertiary qualification in IT/computer science or a related business discipline.
  • Agile certification.
  • Proficient in the use of Jira and Confluence.
