Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive behaviour assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate behaviour support plans
  • Provide expert guidance and support to individuals with disabilities, their families, and carers
  • Collaborate with community organisations, social service agencies, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless support and services
  • Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate psychosocial services and resources to NDIS participants
  • Support NDIS participants' inclusion and participation in the community
  • Ensure compliance with PRS duty of care, ethical standards, and NDIS regulations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Social Work
  • Relevant work experience for at least 1 year
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • Working with Children's check
  • Current Driver's license
  • Current AASW registration
