Regional Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to oversee the effective operation of our aged care facilities in Western Australia. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of staff, ensuring adherence to internal policies and governance, clinical outcomes, quality care and regulatory compliance across your region.

  • Oversight of established aged care facilities and upcoming commissioning of further facilities
  • Hold profit and loss responsibility for the allocated regional budget
  • Manage, support and inspire staff, and contribute to workforce capacity development through succession planning, enabling career pathways, skills development and retention
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG POSITIVE LINKS WITHIN THE COMMUNITY NETWORK TO IDENTIFY PARTNERSHIPS AND BUILD CLIENT BASE, ENHANCE THE BRAND, PROMOTE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AND SUPPORT OCCUPANCY
  • Deliver on key projects and programs, whilst effectively managing change during transitions

Key Requirements:

  • Impressive track record in an Operations Manager or Regional Support Manager role within residential aged care and registration
  • Knowledge of the Aged Care legislation and a demonstrated ability assisting facilities achieve accreditation
  • A confident, inspiring and visible leader who provides mentoring, support and clear directions and expectations
  • Strong business and financial acumen, able to deliver high quality care within budget
  • AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse is preferred
