Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead our residential care services across Western Australia.
About the Role- Lead a talented team of professionals in delivering high-quality, compliant, and financially sustainable aged care services.
- Drive operational performance, champion best practice, and innovation in every aspect of our operations, ensuring we meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Analyse data, manage risk, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive business results.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and business partners to translate national strategy into operational plans that deliver real results.
- You will have significant experience in residential aged care or complex health services, with a deep understanding of regulatory environments.
- You will bring strong financial skills, a track record of driving operational performance, and the confidence to lead geographically dispersed teams.
- Tertiary qualifications in health, aged care, business, or a related discipline.
