Overview:

The successful applicant will be responsible for leading a small team of Clinical Assistants to ensure the smooth operation of tissue recovery and distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage rostering, workload, and leave for your team.
  • Oversee quality, safety, and compliance with clinical standards.
  • Coordinate receipt, processing, and distribution of donated tissues.
  • Collaborate across teams to maintain efficient operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in clinical or tissue banking environments.
  • Strong leadership and training skills.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge or willingness to learn GMP warehousing and tissue logistics.
