Clinical Coordinator

A clinical coordinator oversees daily clinical operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows in a fast-paced environment. They are responsible for managing stock control, sterilisation, and infection control protocols while providing leadership and training to dental assistants.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily clinic operations to maintain efficiency and quality of care.
  • Assisting dentists and oral health professionals during procedures, ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for staff and patients.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities also include:

  • Delivering outstanding patient care and maintaining a welcoming environment.
  • Providing support and guidance to dental assistants to ensure they meet their full potential.

Qualifications required include:

  • Dental experience essential and exposure to a similar position highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in a dental or healthcare setting (essential).
  • Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (highly desirable).
