Greencross Ltd. is a leading provider of veterinary services, and we are seeking a highly skilled Veterinary Care Specialist to join our team.
This is a remote-based position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home, or if you're in Sydney, you can utilise our beautiful head office in North Ryde.
As a Veterinary Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing general advice, booking appointments, and triaging over the phone on behalf of our Greencross clinics. You will also assist with online bookings, Greencross website inquiries, and reminders.
This role requires someone who is clinically experienced, passionate about customer service, and able to remain calm and work effectively in difficult situations.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience as a Cert IV qualified nurse, with strong communication skills and the ability to make quick and detailed triaging decisions over the phone.
We are looking for someone who is confident in their abilities, has high attention to detail, and is able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general advice and support to clients over the phone
- Book appointments and manage client schedules
- Triage calls and provide guidance to clients
- Assist with online bookings and website inquiries
- Reminders and follow-up communications
Requirements:
- Cert IV qualification and at least 4 years of experience as a registered nurse
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and work effectively in difficult situations
- Confident in making triaging decisions over the phone
- RxWorks knowledge
