We're seeking a dedicated Personal Care Worker to join our community. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and services that meet the unique needs of our residents.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality personal care services, assisting residents with daily living activities.
- Support residents in maintaining their independence and dignity through person-centred care approaches.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualised care plans.
- Promote a culture of respect, empathy, and compassion within the care team.
- Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support qualification.
- Previous experience in a care role is highly regarded.
- Valid working rights in Australia.
