Literacy Coach for Student Achievement

We are seeking a highly skilled Literacy Coach to support student achievement in literacy and numeracy across the learning domains.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality instruction to individual students and small groups under the direction of the Learning & Teaching Team.
Collaboration with teachers, leaders, and families is essential to identify best practices for individual and small groups of students.
A strong focus on research-based interventions focusing on individual student need will drive success in this role.
Maintenance of accurate documentation of continuous monitoring of student performance and progress is also an important aspect of this position.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Demonstrate ability to provide tailored instruction to diverse learning needs.
- Collaborate effectively with teachers and leaders for best practices.
- Apply proven, research-based interventions for improved literacy outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation using diagnostic assessments.
- Exhibit strong communication skills engaging with various stakeholders for student progress.
