Reading Coach Vacancy

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team of educators as a Reading Coach. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality reading programs to children aged 3-12.

Our coaching model is designed to improve reading, writing, and spelling skills through explicit teaching strategies and a multi-sensory approach. As a Reading Coach, you will work closely with students to develop their literacy skills and provide support to ensure they achieve their goals.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality reading programs to small groups and one-on-one sessions
  • Develop and implement individual learning plans tailored to each student's needs
  • Provide regular feedback and assessments to track student progress
  • Work collaboratively with the educational team to plan and deliver effective teaching strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance

Requirements
  • Minimum of a Graduate Diploma in Teaching (or equivalent)
  • Current Masters of Teaching students are encouraged to apply
  • University Graduates in related fields are encouraged to apply
  • Prior experience in teaching is highly preferred
