We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Legal Advisor to support the development of our renewable energy projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement risk management strategies for investment in power station projects, including drafting, negotiation, and review of contracts.
- Support business line development teams in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, such as EPC Agreements, land options, leases, connection agreements, and PPAs.
- Review and draft loan agreements, security agreements, and common terms agreements for financial close, and liaise with lenders' legal advisors.
- Conduct research on local laws, regulations, and policies, including company law, investment law, land law, construction law, civil and commercial law, and photovoltaic power project policies.
- Strong legal experience in the renewable or power industry.
- Excellent skills in legal research and writing.
- Careful and meticulous, with ability to adapt to high-pressure work environments.
- Ability to communicate legal risks and recommendations to senior managers.
- Problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, judgement, communication, and interpersonal skills.
