Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Legal Expert to drive the development of our company's legal framework and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a commercially savvy individual to blend hands-on legal expertise with strategic impact, supporting our operations globally.

About the Role
  • Be the go-to advisor on all legal matters across the business.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate client and supplier contracts.
  • Overhaul and streamline our contracting frameworks to support growth and reduce risk.
  • Advise on corporate governance, shareholder matters, M&A, restructures, and compliance.
  • Support the People & Culture team on employment law and workplace matters.
  • Manage and coordinate external counsel across jurisdictions where specialist input is required.
  • Build a strong legal risk and compliance framework across privacy, IP, property, construction, and more.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and current practicing certificate.
  • 7+ years PQE across corporate, commercial, and employment law.
  • Strong experience in contract negotiation, shareholder matters, governance, and disputes.
  • Proven ability to balance legal risk with commercial outcomes.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Integrity, resilience, and confidence to work closely with executives and the board.
