We are one of the largest service providers in the NDIS sector, supporting over 10,000 participants annually with comprehensive care. Our approach focuses on building a quality support service around the needs and goals of our participants and their families.
We are looking for passionate Speech Pathologists to join our multi-disciplinary team who enjoy flexibility in working across various settings, including clinics and the community.
Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will utilize your clinical expertise to make a difference in clients' lives and contribute to the development of our team while:
- Delivering essential speech pathology services to enhance participants' quality of life
- Visiting participants in the community, including homes, schools, workplaces, and residential facilities
- Interpreting findings from clinical observations and standardized assessments to set treatment goals
- Participating in regular peer supervision with mentors and staff
- Collaborating with our multi-disciplinary team including OTs, Physios, EPs, Psychologists, and BSPs
