Speech Pathologist Role

We are one of the largest service providers in the NDIS sector, supporting over 10,000 participants annually with comprehensive care. Our approach focuses on building a quality support service around the needs and goals of our participants and their families.

We are looking for passionate Speech Pathologists to join our multi-disciplinary team who enjoy flexibility in working across various settings, including clinics and the community.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will utilize your clinical expertise to make a difference in clients' lives and contribute to the development of our team while:

  • Delivering essential speech pathology services to enhance participants' quality of life
  • Visiting participants in the community, including homes, schools, workplaces, and residential facilities
  • Interpreting findings from clinical observations and standardized assessments to set treatment goals
  • Participating in regular peer supervision with mentors and staff
  • Collaborating with our multi-disciplinary team including OTs, Physios, EPs, Psychologists, and BSPs

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia
  • A passion for team collaboration and contributing to the community
  • Experience providing services under the NDIS
