About the Role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our leadership team as a Manager in Training. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in customer experience, store operations, and people leadership.

In this position, you will have the chance to work closely with our experienced leadership team to gain hands-on experience and develop a well-rounded perspective on dusk operations and leadership.

You will play a pivotal role in supporting and learning from the management team, enhancing your skills in customer experience, store operations, and people leadership.

This role is ideal for passionate and experienced retail leaders looking to accelerate their management careers. You will have the flexibility to work across neighboring stores as needed and actively engage with the team to foster a positive and collaborative culture.

As a hands-on leader, you will receive tailored coaching and training to help you develop the skills and confidence to succeed in this role. You will also have the opportunity to work on projects that align with your interests and strengths, allowing you to make a meaningful contribution to the team.

Key Responsibilities:
