As the right hand to the Store Manager, you'll take the reins in their absence and be a key player in driving sales, creating memorable customer moments and maintaining a space that reflects the Tree of Life spirit.ABOUT THE ROLEThis is a hands-on leadership role where you'll:Support the Store Manager in leading and developing a passionate retail teamTake full responsibility for the store when the Manager is awayDrive daily sales targets and team performanceFoster an exceptional customer experience every timeOversee your own department within the storeEnsure visual merchandising and store presentation is on pointBring the Tree of Life brand to life through your personal style and customer connectionsIS THIS YOU?
You're a natural leader who's ready to step into a management role and: Has a genuine love for fashion—especially boho-inspired style Leads by example and brings a team together Thrives in a fast-paced retail environment Is committed to delivering amazing customer experiences Enjoys analysing stock and driving results Loves cultivating a feel-good, welcoming store atmosphere Is ready to build a retail career, not just a jobWHAT YOU BRINGMinimum 2 years of experience in Fashion, Jewellery or Homewares retailLeadership potential and confidence to manage the store soloStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA passion for inspiring customers through product knowledge and styleFlexibility to work a rotating roster including Mondays, Sundays, and peak trading periods (including Christmas)Ready to grow with us?
