Talent Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join our team at KEO Care.
This role presents a unique opportunity to develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy that will drive business growth and success.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing exceptional allied health talent and will be able to work closely with our Talent Acquisition Manager to achieve our recruitment goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the business goals of KEO Care
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to source and attract top talent in the allied health sector
- Partner with management to understand the business needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies
- Apply effective recruitment practices to enhance the attraction and engagement of candidates
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the business to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Prepare and present weekly activity reports on recruitment statistics and trends
Ideal Candidate:
- Significant experience in talent acquisition and recruitment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
