Key Responsibilities:- Propagation: cutting and sticking clones; clone care/maintenance, watering and feeding;
- Monitoring and maintaining Clone Room and Mother Room environment;
- Ensure proper labeling and inventory tracking, reporting, and record-keeping within the state-mandated electronic system;
- Self-motivated to learn and improve;
- Able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment;
- Positive attitude and good communication skills;
- Horticulture experience preferred but not required;
- Ability to execute techniques accurately and consistently;
- Good documentation, inventory, and organizational skills;
- Ability to maintain a strict schedule and excellent attendance;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required;
- Must meet all state requirements;
