Are you passionate about helping people achieve their property goals? Do you have excellent communication skills and a keen interest in the property market?

We're looking for an experienced Appointment Setter to join our high-performing sales support team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in connecting motivated leads with our expert Directors.

\

As a Property Investment Specialist Appointment Setter, your main responsibility will be to speak with warm leads from digital and customer contact channels, understand their investment goals and budget, and set them on the path to achieving their property aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Build rapport quickly with clients over the phone and via email or SMS\
  • Understand client investment goals, budget, and readiness\
  • Explain how our property services can help clients achieve their goals\
  • Capture qualifying information and confirm if clients are ready to meet with a Director\
  • Book high-quality appointments directly into Director calendars\
  • Guide unqualified leads on next steps to get investment-ready\
  • Maintain clear notes and next steps in our CRM system\
  • Follow up with prospects to keep them engaged\
  • Share feedback with the sales and marketing teams on lead quality\

What You Bring:

  • \
  • 2+ years of experience in B2C appointment setting, sales support, or similar roles\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\
  • Organised and confident in managing follow-ups and KPIs\
  • Curious about property and eager to learn\
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using Mac, CRM, email, SMS, and live chat tools\
