Job Title: Sales Manager - Civil Division

At Position Partners, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Civil Division in VIC/TAS. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving and developing the sales strategy for our Civil business, working closely with regional personnel to achieve revenue and operational objectives.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Lead a high-performing construction team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong understanding of the Civil industry.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Results-driven and goal-oriented, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
