As a key member of our Customer Success unit, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers and helping them get the most out of our products.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and shared inbox
- Assisting with the creation of annual usage reports and updating public 'help' articles
- Joining relevant customer calls and sharing responsibility for a small customer base
- Configuring customer site mock-ups and reviewing customer engagement activities
- Creating support and training resources for our customers
- Proactive and motivated individual with excellent communication skills
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with customer relationship management software and experience working with SaaS products
