About the Role:

We are seeking a Cleaning and Trolley Collection Team Member to contribute to creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team with no prior experience required, just a willingness to learn and a great attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work through a checklist of cleaning tasks throughout the store.
  • Use equipment and cleaning products to sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and buff floors, shelving, refrigeration rooms, industrial ovens, and drains.
  • Collect trolleys from in and around the store and carpark in various weather conditions.

About You and Your Skills:

You will work both indoors and outdoors, trusted to work autonomously and in a group setting. You must have a commitment to providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.

A keen eye for detail and cleanliness is essential, as well as a passion for working safely and following Coles Safe Work practices. You should also be able to set priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a solid work ethic.

Availability to work flexible hours across our store trading days (including weekends) is necessary. We offer a variety of shifts between 5am and 11pm, 7 days a week.
