Key Responsibilities

This role involves the installation, maintenance and repair of timber flooring projects on-site. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of high-quality flooring solutions.

  • Installation Tasks: Installing solid and engineered timber flooring, including site preparation, material selection and execution of floor installations.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Performing regular maintenance and repairs of existing timber flooring to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Timber Flooring Technician with a proven track record of installation, maintenance and repair of timber flooring.
  • Demonstrated expertise in timber flooring materials and finishes, including knowledge of various species, grades and types of timber.
  • Strong understanding of safety requirements and regulations applicable to the flooring industry.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with clients and other team members.
